Shipping Information:

Custom and personalized orders require approximately two weeks for completion and shipment from the date of payment. Orders will be shipped via USPS standard mail. Shipping and handling costs are INCLUDED in the item price, and there are no additional fees for personalization.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Due to the custom-made nature of our items, refunds and returns are only accepted in the event that we made an error in the spelling of the personaliztion as requested in the order. HOWEVER, in the event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you!!!
